Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that my elder sister Mr. Judith Bellow passed away on 31 December 2000. She had a savings bank account No. 67009 with your bank.

Since she was a bachelor she had not been in a position to leave a will. As I am the nearest legal claimant to the balance of amount to her credit in your bank, I request you to transfer the balance left on above account to my savings bank account No. 23091 in Greymouth Branch.

I am enclosing documentary proofs to support my claim as well as a hospital report as proof of my sister’s death.

Thank you.

Yours faithfully,
Elizabeth Bellow

Dear Sir,

Re: Pledge of mortgaged gold nugget against Loan.

As security for the due repayment of my loan No. 3405 together with interest, I mortgaged with you the Gold nugget of the net weight of 3500 grams, valued at the current market rate of over $ 35,000.00.

I further state that, in case of my failing to repay the said loan to the bank together with the interest, I authorize the Bank to dispose off the said nugget and from the proceeds thereof reimburse itself. I also undertake to bind myself to make good any shortfall in connection with my loan obligations.

The notice of demand from the bank shall be deemed by me to have been received if it is sent on my last registered address. I undertake not to raise any objections to the mode of sale of my nugget by the bank and will not claim any damages from the bank on the ground of any irregularity of the sale.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

Yours faithfully,
Nataly Booker

Dear Sir,

Re: Discount Facility

I shall be visiting Bali, Indonesia in April and I need cash money there to finalize business dealing. I kindly request you to instruct your branch in Bali, Indonesia to discount in my favor the cheques drawn by me on my current account No. 1224356 with you to a maximum limit of $10,000.00. Since I will be staid in Bali for about a month, I wish to have this facility to remain in force until 30 April, 2001 inclusive of the day.

I hereby agree to maintain the sufficient funds in my current account with you in order to meet my cash requirements in Bali. I herein attach my specimen signatures to forward them to your branch in Bali for cash withdrawal facility.

Please instruct the said branch accordingly.

Yours faithfully,
Michael Robertson
